How We Began
Douglas Pelton started Property Professionals, Inc. (PPI) in 1991 to broker and manage manufactured housing communities. Beginning in 1997, PPI began diversifying into other types of investment properties. Currently, PPI and its affiliates own and manage office buildings, retail centers, net lease properties, and industrial buildings.
