Cheryl McCurdy has been with Property Professionals since October 2004 as the Financial Manager and was recently promoted to VP of Operations and Finance.  She currently handles all clerical and accounting functions in the PPI office and oversees the Residential Property division.  Cheryl earned a degree in Banking & Finance at Webber College in Babson Park, Florida and a degree in Business Management at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Cheryl and her husband, Kevin, enjoy traveling and spending time with their kids and grandsons.
